World-famous professional surfers, iconic athletes, top-class musicians and avid fishers will descend upon Jeffreys Bay for the JBay Winterfest that will take place from July 6 to 22 – drawing thousands of national and international visitors. The popular JBay Winterfest, one of the biggest winter festivals in the country, has a red-hot line-up of events: the Corona JBay Open, forming the backbone of the festival, trail running and the Winterfest Bowls Tournament – a first for the event Ready to welcome the world’s top surfers to Jeffreys Bay are Kouga Mayor Horatio Hendricks (third left), Municipal Public Accounts Committee Chairman Willem Gertenbach and Mayoral Committee members Bryan Dhludhlu, Brenton Williams, Daniel Benson and Frances Baxter.
