At 01:50 this morning, May 20, Exec Ops Tactical Team responded to an alarm at a client’s business premises in Humansdorp, leading to the arrest of four suspects linked to the break-in.
According to a statement released by Exec Ops, upon arrival, signs of forced entry were immediately identified.
“Our officers swiftly initiated a full sweep of the premises and successfully apprehended two suspects on-site,” the statement said.
“Thanks to rapid response coordination, SAPS arrived shortly thereafter to assist.”
The statement said that further intel led authorities to a nearby residence where two additional suspects were arrested.
“It has since been confirmed that all four individuals are well-known criminals, believed to be part of a larger organised group targeting local properties,” the statement said.
