ON your marks, get set, go!
Put on your sporting shoes, grab an entry form and enter the VCS First Choice Classic set to leave the starting blocks at VCS Sports on Saturday, February 23 – whether you sprint or scramble over the finish line.
The event consists of two categories: a mountain bike race and a trail/ fun run.
The 10km trail run will kick off at 08:30 at a cost of R100 per runner, while the 5km family fun run at a cost of R50 per entrant will make a dash for the finish line at 09:00.
The 50km mountain bike race starts at 07:30, with the 25km and 10km races pedalling off at 07:45 and 08:00 respectively.
The entry fee is R170 for the 50km race, R130 for the 25km event and R100 for the 10km event.
Awesome lucky draw prizes will be up for grabs.
Food stalls and jumping castles for the children will be available.
Prize-giving will take place at 12:00.
