IS it the circus? Is it the colour army? Is it the spray parade?
No! It is a colourful invasion by the Kouga Express team – ready to tackle residents with spray cans or clippers for a good cause.
The sixth annual Kouga Express Cansa Shavathon, which promises to be a colourful affair, will take over Fountains Mall in Jeffreys Bay from 09:30 to 13:00 this Saturday.
Residents and visitors keen to show their support for this fun-filled, yet meaningful event, can venture down to the promotion court in front of Pick ’n Pay at Fountains Mall on March 2 from 09:30 where the Kouga Express team in conjunction with Fountains Mall, Beautique Salon and Cansa Jeffreys Bay, will be waiting to shave, cut or spray their hair a multitude of colours.
Helen Hugo
This year, colon cancer survivor Helen Hugo from Jeffreys Bay will join the Kouga Express team from 11:00 to 11:30 for 30-minutes-of-blue-with-Helen – all in support of this fierce and positive ‘fighter’.
To show their support, residents can have their hair sprayed blue during this time and have their photo taken with Helen.
Helen-supporters are invited to colour their hair blue during this time.
