TOYOTA Humansdorp is setting the pace in excellent customer experience in South Africa.
The outstanding dealership once again received the Customer Experience (CE) Dealer of the Year award in their respective category, medium, at the recent annual National Dealer Awards in Johannesburg.
This award has become synonymous with Humansdorp Toyota winning the title five times as overall National Dealer of the Year – the only dealership in the world to win the award five times – and seven times in their respective category.
The CE award is based on the service delivery offered to customers in all departments – putting customers first with open and honest communication and accepting responsibility for everything they do, the main objective being to provide service excellence beyond customers’ expectations and creating customer smiles along the way.
