Jantjies, known for his professionalism and attention to detail, has earned the admiration of his colleagues and superiors alike.

His ability to manage security with a calm and efficient approach has made him a reliable and respected figure within the Traffic department.

A significant influence in his life and career has been his uncle, Jacobus Jantjes, a military veteran who served as both a mentor and role model.

His uncle’s guidance instilled in him the values of discipline, and Jonathan credits much of his success to the lessons he learned from his uncle, which shaped his approach to security and his commitment to duty.

“My uncle has always been my inspiration,” said Jantjies.

“He taught me that true strength comes from character and service to others, which is a philosophy I carry with me every day.”

However, the foundation of his character extends beyond his uncle.

His parents, James and Cynthia Rollison, played a pivotal role in shaping his sense of respect and dignity.

From a young age, Jantjies was taught the importance of treating others with kindness and upholding values of integrity and honour.

“My parents always reminded me that dignity is not something you are given; it is something you earn through your actions.”

Stefan Petersen, a senior official at the Humansdorp Traffic Department, praised Jantjies for his exceptional dedication and ability to maintain a secure environment while fostering positive relationships with those he serves.

“Jonathan’s approach to his work reflects his upbringing as a man of integrity, respect, and unwavering commitment,” said Petersen.

Members of the public frequently commend Jantjies for his kindness, efficiency, and the positive atmosphere he brings to the Humansdorp Traffic Department since he started working there.

Looking to the future, he remains focused on personal growth and hopes to inspire others, particularly young people in the community, to follow his example of hard work, respect, and dedication to service.

“Every day, I try to embody the values my parents and my uncle taught me. Respect for others and for the role you play is the foundation of any success.”

His distinguished career in the field of security stands as a testament to his dedication, professionalism, and leadership.

Through years of service and commitment, he has earned respect across the industry for his integrity and excellence.

Yet, beyond the titles and achievements, his story is deeply inspiring and a reminder that greatness can come from humble beginnings.

From the small town of Kareedouw, he has proven that something truly remarkable can emerge from such humble beginnings, inspiring others to dream big and rise above circumstances.
