Gypsy Events in Jeffreys Bay is set to host a heart-racing and gravity-defying outdoor adventure thrill zone at the first Milk Fees from 08:00 to 20:00 on Saturday, November 30, and from 10:00 15:00 on Sunday, December 1.

Collette Mc Geer, who has been in the circus all her life, says, “Residents can now learn to fly on a real flying trapeze with the assistance of our professional coaches.

“Depending on each individual’s ability, you may be offered the opportunity to go for a catch – a safety harness and net will ensure you are safe.”

According to Mc Geer, the flying trapeze offers fun for the whole family: whether you are three years old, or 103.

Other activities at the Adventure Thrill Zone include bungy bounce, a giant wave slide, a mechanical surf board and various inflatables.

Apart from adrenaline-packed action, local artists – Jim and Jane, Mello and Jive, Michelle, Kobus and Karla, and the Wandering Watsons – will take to the festival stage, while Paw Patrol and a poppekas will keep the children entertained.

Also on the festival menu is a family bike challenge, fresh produce, melkkos, flowers, honey, milk shakes and cocktails, as well as a cheese and wine tent.

Visitors to the fees, can fill their baskets to the brim with delicious food and treats and enjoy a relaxed picnic under the big Yellowwood trees at the dam.

Animal-lovers can showcase their four-legged friend’s canine skills at the basic obstacle course challenge in aid of the JBay Animal Rescue Sanctuary.
