KOUGA Municipality’s income section, including the cashiers at all units, is now open to the public.
The operating hours during the Covid-19 lockdown period are from 08:30 to 15:00 from Mondays to Thursdays, while all units will be open from 08:30 to 13:00 on a Friday.
Although residents can once again pay their accounts at the cashiers, they are encouraged to make use of the online options instead.
Account payments can be made to Kouga Municipality at First National Bank, account number 52540033504. Residents’ municipal account number and surname must be used as the reference.
Payments can also be done online through pay@ at https://payat.io/qr/yourcode (unique code given to each account). The unique code can be found on page two of the municipal account next to the pay@ option.

Balance and general account queries can be directed to the municipal call centre at 042 200 2200 (option 3).
