A series of service delivery report-back meetings will kick off next week.
Kouga Executive Mayor Horatio Hendricks says the meetings would be an opportunity for communities to discuss service successes, challenges and plans for their ward with the municipal leadership.
“We address matters that were raised during the recent Integrated Development Plan (IDP) community consultation sessions,” says Hendricks.
He says wards had been grouped together for the meetings to make them as accessible as possible for residents. All meetings will start at 18:00.
The first meeting will take place at the Weston Community Hall on June 18 and will cater for the ward 13 communities of Weston, Rooidraai and the surrounding farms.
This will be followed by a meeting for the Sea Vista section of ward 1 at the Sea Vista Hall on June 19.
