Last week, Dirk Ellis Volkswagen brought six Volkswagen Grand Prix Awards home to Jeffreys Bay: Club of Excellence (Dirk Ellis Volkswagen), Customer Centricity Award (Jacques Herselman), New Vehicle Sales Manager Award (Dirk Ellis Jr), MasterCars Sales Manager Award (Werner Olivier), Service Manager Award (Dirk Ellis Volkswagen) and MasterCars Sales Executive Award (Johannes van Rensburg).
The prestigious Volkswagen Grand Prix Awards annually presents the opportunity to acknowledge the commitment and dedication in helping Volkswagen South Africa grow the Volkswagen Passenger Car and Light Commercial Vehicles brands. These awards are regarded with high esteem at Volkswagen and recognise top performance across all business disciplines in growing the Volkswagen brand.
On the night, held at the luxurious Fairmont Zimbali Resort situated inside the exclusive Zimbali Coastal Estate, Dirk Ellis Volkswagen was once again awarded Club of Excellence status – one of only 13 of the 108 Volkswagen Dealers in South Africa to do so. The prestigious Club of Excellence Award rewards Dealer Principals leading the field in Customer Satisfaction, New Vehicle Sales, MasterCars Sales, Volkswagen Financial Services and Parts Sales. Membership is exclusively awarded to those Volkswagen Dealers that excel in vehicle sales, Volkswagen South Africa’s Dealer standards, customer satisfaction and parts delivery. Membership qualification for the Club of Excellence is reviewed annually.
It’s not the first time that the Dirk Ellis team has won these awards. During the past six years they have bagged many Volkswagen Grand Prix Awards – Jacques Herselman (Club of Excellence – 2018, 2017, 2015, 2011, and 2010), Jacques Herselman (Golden Pin – 2017), Dirk Ellis Jr (New Vehicle Sales Manager Award – 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, and 2013), Werner Olivier (MasterCars Sales Manager Award – 2018, 2017, and 2016), and Johannes van Rensburg (MasterCars Sales Executive Award – 2018, and 2017).
