THE St Francis College will host a Family Wellness Day at St Francis Links Clubhouse from 08:30 to 12:30 on Saturday, May 25.
Those attending the day, can look forward to health talks by doctors and allied health professionals, as well as a cooking demonstration.
Topics to be discussed include homeopath childhood immunity, rethinking ADHA, sensory profiling, physicality and gluten and lactose free recipes.
Tickets at a cost of R100 for adults and R50 for children are available at Kouga Print, St Francis College and St Francis Wellness.
